The weather has been very hot but the fishing has still been good. We are catch nice Snook,and Red fish. The Snook bite has picked up and we are starting to see the bigger fish bite. Greenbacks and cut bait have been the bait of choice. As the water temp will start to drop we will see the Trout action really pick up. We should have a second cold front coming thru this week and fall fishing will be in full swing. Here is a picture of a 32 inch Snook caught by Gene, this won 3 rd place Snook at the Hooked on Hope fundraising tournament which had 50 boats entrered.
